Get Driven offers clear, upfront pricing. Our base rate is €24.99 per hour (excluding VAT), but if you book a prepaid bundle, your rate drops to €22.22 per hour. You’ll only pay for the exact time your ride takes, and you’ll always know what you’re paying for with our transparent cost breakdown. No hidden charges. No surprises.

Get Driven offers rates up to 80% more affordable than taxis. For example, a business trip from Brussels to Amsterdam (210 km) could cost around €490 with a taxi, but with Get Driven, you'd pay only €98.28 plus VAT at the standard rate or €87.39 plus VAT with a prepaid bundle. Plus, business rides are 100% tax-deductible, and booking takes less than 60 seconds. Get Driven combines premium service with transparent pricing and no hidden fees, making it a smarter choice for both personal and professional travel.

Absolutely! Get Driven is perfect for business trips. All your business-related rides are 100% tax-deductible, and our professional drivers ensure that you arrive on time and prepared. It’s a cost-effective and reliable option for professionals who need a premium ride at an affordable price.

We take your privacy seriously. Get Driven uses advanced encryption and security measures to ensure your personal and payment information is safe. Our drivers also sign non-disclosure agreements to ensure all your professional and personal details remain confidential.

Yes! Get Driven makes it simple to cancel or modify your ride directly through the app. If you cancel 12 hours or more in advance, there’s no charge. For cancellations made less than 12 hours before your scheduled ride, fees apply. Cancellations between 3 and 12 hours before incur a €30 fee, while those within 3 hours of the ride time incur a €75 fee. If the driver arrives and there is a no-show, a €250 fee is applied. We keep fees fair and transparent to give you flexibility when plans change.

Yes, Get Driven applies small additional charges for night rides and extended trips. For rides that start or end after 8 PM, there is a one-time evening surcharge of €4.99. For trips lasting over 9 hours, an overtime supplement of 20% is added starting from the 9th hour. These fees help ensure fair compensation for our drivers and transparent pricing for you.

With Get Driven, you have access to the most commonly used payment methods, thanks to our payment provider, Mollie. This means we support options like Bancontact, Maestro, credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay, among others, tailored to each country. You can securely link your preferred payment method to the Get Driven app, with all transactions encrypted for your protection, so there’s no need to carry cash. Additionally, Get Driven offers prepaid bundles with a lower hourly rate that can be used flexibly as needed. Invoices are automatically sent via email and are fully tax-deductible for business expenses.
