At Get Driven, we’re all about giving you the freedom to ride your way. Whether it’s a quick trip or a full day out, our pricing is flexible, straightforward, and designed to fit your needs.

Standard rate

Our pricing is as straightforward as it gets. Pay only for the time your driver is in your car, with no hidden fees!

€26.50/hour (excl. VAT)

Billing starts when the driver steps into your car—simple as that!

Prepaid bundles

Check out our prepaid bundles and get more kilometers for your money:

  • 10 hours: €265
  • 40 hours: €999 (incl. 2 FREE hours!)
  • 108 hours: €2,625 (incl. 8 FREE hours!)

Bundles purchased from 01/01/2025 are valid for 18 months. Bundles purchased before 01/01/2025 remain valid for 2 years.

A-B-A riDES

At Get Driven, we always perform A-B-A trips. This means the journey consists of two parts: first from location A to location B, and then back from B to A.

Example of an A-B-A ride

Situation overview:

You live in Ghent and have an appointment in Brussels. In this case, your ride would look as follows:

The driver first departs from their home (e.g. 10 km from your residence in Ghent) and picks you up in Ghent (location A). You then travel together to Brussels (location B). After the appointment, the driver brings you back to Ghent (location A), where you are dropped off.

Afterwards, the driver returns home independently – using their own car, bicycle, or public transport.

Summary of this A-B-A ride:
  • From A (Ghent) to B (Brussels)
  • And back from B to A (Ghent)
Cost of your ride:

Driver’s travel to and from their home:
10 km x €0.30/km x 2 = €6.00

Duration of the ride (including waiting time):
4.5 hours x €26.50*/hour = €119.25

Total:
€125.25 excl. VAT

Would you like your ride to be insured?
4.5 hours x €3.00/hour = €13.50 excl. VAT

*Does your ride start or end after 8:00 PM? Then an evening surcharge of €4.99 applies (one-time).
Does your ride last longer than 9 hours? Additional hours are charged with a +20% surcharge.

At Get Driven, we make paying for your rides as seamless as the journey itself. Here’s how it works:

Buying ride bundles

For customers purchasing ride bundles, we’ve got all the options you need to keep things smooth and simple:

Paying for a single ride:

For single rides, simply pay with your credit card. Already bought a bundle? You’re all set—just use the prepaid hours from your bundle and enjoy the ride!

  • Travel costs

    Getting your driver to the starting point: €0.30/km.
    Example: Your driver is 20 km away? That’s just €6 to get them where you need them.

  • 20% surcharge:

    For trips over 9 hours in total length.
    Example: A 12-hour trip costs €26.50 per hour for the first 9 hours. The last 3 hours have a 20% surcharge, costing €31.80 per hour.

  • One off €4.99 surcharge

    Added to the total cost of any ride starting or ending between 8 PM and 6 AM.
    Example: If your ride begins at 9 PM, a single €4.99 fee is added to the trip’s total, not to each hour.

 

Plans change, and that’s okay. Here’s how we handle cancellations:

  • Free: Cancel up to 12 hours before your ride.

  • €30 Fee: If cancelled within 12 hours.

  • €75 Fee: If cancelled less than 1 hour before.
