Yes, for events and fleet needs, we offer planning assistance to ensure everything runs smoothly. Our team works with you to coordinate drivers and schedules, or you can manage it yourself through our app. For larger accounts, a dedicated account manager is available for ongoing support.

Yes! Get Driven makes it simple to cancel or modify your ride directly through the app. If you cancel 12 hours or more in advance, there’s no charge. For cancellations made less than 12 hours before your scheduled ride, fees apply. Cancellations between 3 and 12 hours before incur a €30 fee, while those within 3 hours of the ride time incur a €75 fee. If the driver arrives and there is a no-show, a €250 fee is applied. We keep fees fair and transparent to give you flexibility when plans change.

We offer several payment options, including credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal. You can securely link your preferred payment method to the app, and every transaction is encrypted for your protection. We ensure that your data is kept safe, and there’s no need to carry cash!
