The 12 hours in the Get Driven KBC Bundle are prepaid driving hours that you can use flexibly across multiple rides. The clock starts from the moment your driver leaves and runs until you are back at the pick-up location. Each ride has a minimum duration of 3 hours. The driver’s travel cost (€0.30/km) is also converted into hours and deducted from your bundle. Before you confirm the ride, you will clearly see the total amount in hours. The hours remain valid for 18 months after purchase.

As the user, you are legally required to have:

• A valid third-party liability insurance (MTPL)
• A full comprehensive insurance policy (including theft)
• Driver and passenger bodily injury coverage

Damage to third parties is always covered by the vehicle’s mandatory liability insurance.
Damage to your own vehicle caused by a Get Driven driver falls under your own comprehensive insurance. Any deductibles or premium increases remain the responsibility of the vehicle owner.

Yes. You can activate additional coverage per ride in the app.

For €3 extra per hour:

• Own vehicle damage caused by the driver is reimbursed
• Up to a maximum of €50,000

Important conditions:

• Damage must be established together with the driver
• It must be reported within 24 hours

Payment must be made using a KBC bank card or credit card.

We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance. Last-minute bookings are possible, but subject to availability.



 

Get Driven makes it easy to cancel or modify your ride directly through the app.

• If you cancel more than 12 hours in advance, there is no charge.
• Cancellations made between 1 and 12 hours before the ride are subject to a €30 fee.
• Cancellations made less than 1 hour before the ride are subject to a fee equivalent to 3 hours.
