HOW DO I MAKE RESERVATIONS?
Booking is simple. Log in via the website or the app and create a journey. Feel free to enter preferences, destinations or any additional information you deem useful or necessary. The available drivers put their name down, you choose the nearest or your favourite driver and your reservation is complete. You see your driver’s data and the journey is planned.
Transparency is important. We charge an hourly rate of €22.50 per driver, exclusive of VAT. The driver goes on the clock as soon as he takes the wheel and billable time stops when the customer reaches their final destination. Reduce your hourly rate to €19.95 by using prepaid bundles, which is a number of driver hours that remains at your disposal indefinitely.
The cost to get the driver to the pick-up point is just as transparent. You see the available drivers and how far they have to travel to reach your current location. We charge a mileage rate of €0.25/km. The cost for a driver who has to travel 20 km to your location is €5.
No supplements apart from the legal overtime that applies as of 9 hours worked. From then on 20% is added to the hourly rate.
Cancelling is free of charge up to 12 hours before the journey. A cancellation fee of €30 is due in the event of cancellation less than 12 hours before the start of the journey. If the planned journey is cancelled less than one hour before departure we are legally obliged to employ the driver for three hours, resulting in a cancellation fee of €75.
We drive your car in accordance with the system of ‘entrusted goods’. This means that the driver is covered by your insurance and any material damage is covered by the insurance policy that applies to the vehicle in question. If the driver causes any damage for which (s)he is legally at fault then we will cover the deductible up to an amount of €500. We advise customers to take out a comprehensive car insurance policy and to notify the insurance company that the car is occasionally driven by an executive driver. Naturally we provide the necessary insurance for the driver.
We will shortly be launching a formula that offers full insurance for your vehicle as soon as our driver takes the wheel.
Psychological testing and extensive screening of driving skills; every driver is subjected to a rigorous selection procedure. All our drivers spend time with one of our instructors to make sure their driving skills are up to the highest standards. A successful driving test is followed by a briefing of more than an hour to prepare our drivers for all possible scenarios.
Protection of personal data
We have a great deal of data at our disposal. You can rest assured that our software team takes every possible precaution to protect your data and keep it confidential.
We understand. Sharing your professional or leisure itinerary with a driver may feel a bit uncomfortable. All of our drivers must sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) and are therefore bound to secrecy. All your professional conversations or leisure activities will remain strictly confidential.

Our own software team keeps our app up-to-date and efficient. Book a journey in just a few clicks and select one of the drivers in your vicinity. The invoice is 100% tax-deductible and is forwarded automatically. The journey itself is paid via contactless payment or hours paid in advance.

Het voordeel is dat we soms iemand nodig hebben om van het kantoor in Antwerpen naar Luxemburg te gaan, en op een andere dag iemand om van Roeselare naar Brussel te gaan. Dit soms ook op hetzelfde moment hetgeen met iemand vast gewoonweg niet mogelijk is. Reistijd is bij ons werktijd geworden, waar en wanneer dan ook.
