For events, we usually work outside the app, because the planning often requires more than a standard A-B-A ride. Think multiple guests, different departure times, VIP transport, waiting time or rides that change throughout the evening.

how rides work.
The standard Get Driven ride is a round trip (A-B-A). Your driver picks you up, takes you where you need to go, and brings you back.
Here's what that looks like in practice.

cancellation
You can cancel a ride free of charge up to 12 hours before it starts.
Cancellations made 3 to 12 hours before the ride are charged at €30 excl. VAT.
Cancellations made less than 3 hours before the ride are charged as a minimum 3-hour ride.
