Cancellations between 3 and 12 hours before incur a €30 fee, while those within 3 hours of the ride time incur a €75 fee. If the driver arrives and there is a no-show, a €250 fee is applied. Yes, Get Driven applies small additional charges for night rides and extended trips. For rides that start or end after 8 PM, there is a one-time evening surcharge of €4.99. For trips lasting over 9 hours, an overtime supplement of 20% is added starting from the 9th hour. These fees help ensure fair compensation for our drivers and transparent pricing for you.
