What You’ll Do

As our Business Development Manager, you’re the engine that fuels our growth. You will:

  • Hunt for new clients and opportunities in your region.
  • Build relationships with C-level executives, business leaders, and key decision-makers.
  • Turn conversations into collaborations — you know how to close.
  • Translate client needs into smart, value-driven solutions.
  • Keep your finger on the pulse of market trends, competition, and business potential.

Together with our marketing and operations teams, you’ll make sure every customer journey drives success.

What We Expect

  • 5–8 years of experience in B2B sales or business development.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-driven and proactive.
  • Excellent command of Dutch, with good knowledge of French.
  • Ideally based in Ghent, Brussels, or Leuven.
  • Experience in automotive or a solid C-level network is a major plus.
